The River Retreat is a beautiful spacious ranch, set on the Duck River. Minutes from the quaint town of Chapel Hill and 30 minutes from Franklin. Enjoy hiking, canoeing, golfing, disc golfing, tennis, basketball or just relax/recharge on the deck with your private pool and magnificent river views. This is the perfect get away for you and your family. The space The River Retreat is a family home that we love sharing with others. Our Main Bedroom is a private spa like sanctuary, with sitting area, private bath and walk in shower and pool access. Bedroom 2 is a nice size space with a platform bed and a small couch, Bedroom 3 has a shabby chic twin bed and another trundle twin, with its own separate bathrooms and shower. Bedroom 4 has pool access and two twin beds that can be put together to make a King if you desire. Guest access We have onsite parking. Other things to note Our pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
