Enjoy a relaxing vacation near the city center. A comfortable terrace awaits you to spend cool summer evenings and plan your days at the beach. The space The entire apartment with independent entrance is at your disposal. Guest access Guests can access every corner of the house except for a small terrace, which for privacy reasons I prefer to keep closed. Other things to note I provide bath/bed linen with a contribution for each stay, to be determined upon request. I also inform you that a contribution will be requested of 0.70c/Kwh for electricity consumption (use of air conditioning) and 0.80c/m3 for gas consumption (use of radiators).
