On site free, secure parking for 1 vehicle and 2 bicycles. The space The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and cafetiere. Off the kitchen, the lounge and dining area have a large comfy sofa to relax into with Freeview TV and Free Wi Fi. There is a large bedroom featuring a king size bed with luxury pocket sprung mattress. USB charging points are located at both sides of the bed. Freesat TV, digital radio, easy chair, chest of drawers, large mirror and coat hooks offer all you need for a comfortable stay. The en-suite wet room offers a walk in drench shower with vanity storage. Outdoor space: You have your own private patio which has a bench, dining table and chairs all with comfy cushions, when the temperature drops you can light logs in the firepit and plan your adventures. Logs will be included for your stay. Guest access Access to The Old Potting Shed is step free and on one level throughout. The Old Potting Shed is situated in the grounds of my house and is accessed by the rear electric gates. Secure covered parking for 1 car and space to store 2 cycles are at your disposal. Stamford is a beautiful historical town with a bustling weekly market, great choice of bars, cafes and restaurants giving many food options if you don’t fancy cooking. Stamford is also blessed with many local enterprises such as Stamford Cheese Shop, a Deli and many independent coffee shops. Stamford train station is only a 20 minute walk away and gives easy access to London and Peterborough. Cambridge is less than an hour away by car. Burghley House with its magnificent house and gardens is just a short stroll away. 10 mins drive away is the beautiful Rutland Water where you can enjoy cycling, walking and a variety of water sports.
