This is in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn within 1 block - walking distance to the Lorimer L-train, two-subway stops away from Manhattan. One bedroom apt on the second floor of a 4 story building, perfect for people who want the Brooklyn experience but with all the amenities of a new building. Large size bedroom with King size bed (sleeps 2) with natural light with basic cable & Netflix in the bedroom as well as the living room. Bathroom has both shower and large soaking tub. Kitchen has all new appliances (including dishwasher and microwave) and is well stocked with smaller appliances for cooking or baking. Dining room has a table that will seat 5. Living room has an L shaped couch that could sleep one but does not have a pull out bed. Washer/Dryer are new and located in the apt. Central AC and heating controlled by thermostat in the apt. There are also ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room for a more natural cooling. Fresh towels and linens are provided. Wireless internet through out the apt. Parking is free and easy on the surrounding streets. I am not present during your stay but I am always available via phone for any emergency questions. One block from the L & G trains, very easy you can be in the city in 7 mins. Small Amenities that are also in the Apt: Hair Dryer Iron + Ironing Board (the ironing board pulls out of a drawer on the kitchen island) Interaction is minimal unless guests require anything, and thus can always contact me at anytime. My street is a quiet tree lined residential street, with strong roots of the old Italian neighborhood/community still visible. It feels safe and welcoming which is always very nice in a big city. Known for its culinary and local handcrafts it's a relaxing quick escape after a long day walking around the city, however these days many visitors don’t ever leave Williamsburg as there is so much to see and do! L & G Subway is located 1/2 a block from the apt. Two stops to the city will have you in union square in 5 mins total travel time door to door. Guest access Make yourselves at home!
