Villa in the middle of nature a stone's throw from Lyon

Our villa is secluded on the pool side, and you will find yourself there or on the large terrace partially shaded by our sails. In winter, it is around its wood-burning fireplace that you will find yourself spending warm moments with family or friends. Ideally for 7, it can accommodate up to 9 people with the sofa bed in the living room. Please note: No rentals for parties, no noisy evenings! Quiet from 11 p.m. even in summer! The space Swimming pool, garden and large terrace (40 m2) not overlooked, thanks to the surrounding trees. 3 bedrooms in the house: 1/ garden side bedroom: Double bed 160 + 1 baby bed (folding bed with a thick comfort mattress) 2/ Street side bedroom: 140 double bed with shower and sink 3/ Ground floor bedroom: Double bed 140 + 1 sofa bed 1 place (105 cm wide bed) + 1 sofa bed in 140 + Bathroom with shower, bathtub, 2 sinks. 2 toilets. 1 large kitchen open to the living room. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, house obviously fully equipped. Wifi. No TV. Please note that we do not rent for parties. We are in a residential area. Last year we had the police intervene because of tenants who were too noisy at night. This is a mandatory rule to be respected: no noise on the terrace or garden or pool after 11 p.m. and we thank you for it. You will enjoy the quiet of sleeping with the window open... ;) The rental does not provide for the loan of linens and towels. -> If you wish, however, we will settle this on site for €20/person. (Please note no pool towel rental). Guest access The house, garden and pool will be private for you. Parking at the front of the house is available for you. There is a parking space provided for the studio which is independent at the front of the house (without view and without access to your private area: the pool, garden and terrace) Other things to note Independent studio below the house (street side): has no visibility other than the parking lot. The displayed price is for the house without the studio (So for 8 to 9 people). The studio is unavailable for rent.
