This former Hungarian country house was preserved and attractively furnished by the German owners with a lot of attention to detail in its original form. Thanks to the comfortable interior design, the spacious outdoor area with large pool, playground and barbecue area, this vacation home is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family, with dogs ... It is wonderfully centrally located in the wine-growing area between Lake Balaton, cultural capital Pécs, Danube and Blumenstadt Kaposvár. The space The house, last renovated in 2018, spreads over a living area of 90 m² and is divided into three large double rooms, each with a private en-suite shower room with toilet. The bedrooms are accessed separately via a cozy common area with comfortable seating. Through your covered breakfast porch, you can reach the local summer kitchen, which is fully equipped in a separate part of the building, after three steps. In the first bedroom, the "brass room", you can sleep in a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed with bedside tables. A couch offers retreat in the evening. The tv provides entertainment with German programs. From this room you enter a private shower bathroom with toilet, glass shower cubicle, bathroom windows, hand basin and illuminated mirror as well as cosmetic mirror. In the second bedroom, the "Blue Room" you will find a wellness water bed, also a sat.-TV TV with German programs, electric shutters and an equally equipped bright shower bath with toilet. The third bedroom, the "Romantic Room", is characterized by rustic antique furniture and a seat. A TV and a private bathroom are also a matter of course in this room. The common area includes a cozy couch in the light-filled bay window, as well as a seating area with books and shared games in front of the entrances to the bedrooms. Their private kitchen is installed in the annex and furnished for extensive self-catering with all usual appliances such as dishwasher, 4-zone ceramic hob with oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a bread box. Regularly fresh linens and towels are included. In addition, washing machine and dryer are also available for a flat-rate usage fee. So the house is also suitable for a longer stay, where children can play outdoors to their heart's content. A newly built 6x3 meter swimming pool offers lots of fun and refreshment on hot days. Beautiful seating and lounging places in the middle of fragrant fruit trees and diverse herbs on the large, fully fenced property around the house invite you to stay and relax and unwind. You can end the evening with a glass of the landlord's good in-house wine on the covered porch. For those who like to grill, there is a new, brick garden grill, right next to the breakfast porch for free use. Children can enjoy the small playground with swing, climbing wall, slide and sandbox.
