There is a TV with YouTubeTV included which allows you to watch most of your favorite TV shows live and many on demand too! Apartment has a keypad for entry, so you don't need to worry about having to keep track of keys. Guest access Additional Amenities include: - Beach Towels & Chairs - Beach Umbrella - Boogie Boards The beach is just 1/2 block to the bay and 1 1/2 blocks to the ocean. A beach rental store is located 1 block away where you can easily rent bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, rollerblades, and pretty much anything you can think of related to beach fun. Other things to note ***Please note*** We have a zero tolerance for noise violations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No guests are allowed at the property without prior approval. All guests must leave the property during quiet hours. (Guests = people not on the reservation.) There is no parking at this property. Parking can be difficult (especially on holidays and summer weekends), so I would opt to go without a car if possible :) A Crib can be delivered for a $25 fee.
