The first floor has a kitchen area which is fully equipped and ideal for the preparation of any meal along with a dining room for four (4) people. There is also a living room which has two three-seater sofas - beds and a bathroom. The living room fireplace is not available for use. On the second floor, there is the bedroom with double bed and a WC with shower. The bedroom has its own balcony and offers unobstructed sea view. The outdoor areas of the property are on the first level and offer the necessary privacy as the property is extremely close to the coast. There is also an outdoor table with great views of the coast and an outdoor shower on the patio. Finally, outside the house there is an outdoor parking space for two medium-sized vehicles. In the area of the staircase where the first and the second floor of the house are connected, there is a door that leads to a storage area which remains locked (and locked from inside the accommodation) as it is used for storage, personal belongings of the owner, and equipment.
