Rated 4* Furnished Tourist Accommodation, our 45 m2 "Le Patio" cottage, independent and regularly redecorated, combines comfort (air conditioning), quality and modernity. It benefits from a large private garden facing south in a property planted with hundred-year-old oaks. The sun, Mediterranean scents and the song of cicadas will enchant you. The space 4* rated cottage, ideal for a couple with a baby or a single person. The cottage is south-facing and has a private garden of approximately 300 m². Without a direct neighbor and partly shaded by a truffle oak, you can enjoy the calm of the place. This cottage with neat, trendy, current decoration opens its doors to you on an entrance. Access to a stylishly decorated bedroom/dressing room, an equipped kitchen that opens onto a living room with a bay window overlooking the wooden terrace sheltered from the mistral. Air conditioning newly installed since 07/01/2024. Kitchen: ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Italian coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Then, a bathroom with walk-in shower, laundry area with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and toilet. The amenities and materials have been carefully chosen to ensure a quality stay, with all the comforts of a modern establishment: Wi-Fi, TV, Bluetooth speaker, tablet. Outside, on the wooden terrace, a grill/plancha, garden furniture. A table and chairs in the shade of the oak tree, a 4-seater JACUZZI and deckchairs... all in YOUR PRIVATE GARDEN!!
