Stylish and peaceful studio in listed barn

Private space in stylish barn located in 'area of outstanding natural beauty' close to Tunbridge Wells. Being a keen cyclist myself, my guests will enjoy the nr 19 cycling route which is a perfect start for a day trip to Rye. Surrounded by orchards, I recommend bringing your walking boots to enjoy the stunning countryside and some of the characterful local pubs. I offer a coffee and tea facility and the use of a fridge and microwave. The space The guest accommodation has its own en-suite bathroom with a high pressure walk-in shower and a separate bath. There is plenty of outside space where guests can make use of a picnic table in the south facing courtyard or can find another secluded spot in the wild garden that overlooks a natural pond. There is off-street car parking available and bikes can be stored in a separate secure place. Guest access The bedroom has its own entrance overlooking the courtyard. During your stay If I am around than I am happy to socialise with my guests and help them to make their stay very enjoyable and provide ideas for walks, bike-rides, places to visit, etc. Other things to note I have started being a host since January 2020.
