'Miles' is a spacious bungalow with large garden and private access to the beach. The charming blue holiday home is situated on a quiet road at the north end of Chapel St Leonards. 500 metres to the south is the centre of the village with a traditional seaside resort flavour of cafes, bars, shops and arcades. For a quieter vibe, head north along the beach, via Chapel Point to vast stretches of sandy coastline, coastal country park and wonderful walking, cycling and nature spotting possibilities. The space Our beautifully refurbished bungalow has a vintage but luxury feel from oak parquet and tiled floors with underfloor heating, to antique furnishings and luxury linens. The spacious double aspect living room has double sofas, a wood burning stove, cocktail cabinet (unstocked!) and jigsaw/games table as well as a smart TV and wide DVD collection. If you let us know when booking, the Superking beds in the master and side bedrooms can be set up as two singles instead giving real flexibility to guests meaning you can have up to 7 single beds if needed, and the kitchen and utility room are equipped with all the appliances we feel our visitors could need. In the large front garden there is a driveway with plenty of parking for 3-4 cars, plus a dining terrace with a gas-fired barbecue whilst behind the property is a more private seating area on the sand hills. And of course your own private path leads to a gate opening straight onto the promenade and beach. NB please be aware this is up a stepped path (see pictures) - for those with severe mobility issues you can walk along Sea Bank Road and access the beach by one of the public paths.
