Beautiful holiday home by the lake

This beautiful holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately. The space Unique high quality house by the lake just 1,5 km from the Konnevesi center. You can also rent the outside jacuzzi (for five people) separately. (May-September 200€/2days +10€ each additiona day, October-April 250€/2vrk + each additiona day.) There is a double bed in the main bedroom, in the guest bedroom there is a double futon bed and one bunk bed for two. In the small guestroom there is a single bed that can be made double bed and one more single bed is in the alcove of the livingroom. There is a big sauna and three showers in the bathroom. From the kitchen you find everything you need. In the livingroom you can spend cozy evenings in front of the fire place playing the board games. In the big terrace there is beside the jacuzzi dining tables for 22 people, two sun chairs and a big barbeque. SUP boards rent possibility from the local company that will bring the boards to the place. Price packet for two boards: 40€/2 boards/one day, minimum two days rent. Local catering service can bring you a delicious lunch. Guest access The whole downstairs apartment of a semi detached house with private entrance, kitchen, sauna, living room, bedrooms, terrace and rowing boat are in your use. Possibility to rent the outside jacuzzi or summer time the beach house separately. My dad who has worked for decades in hotel business lives in the upstairs separate apartment and will help you if needed, however otherwise you won't even see him and you can enjoy the privacy. Other things to note You can also order breakfast or lunch from the local catering service.
