If calm, relaxation and a picturesque surrounding is what you seek for your summer vacation,then“Mikroulis Residence” is just the place for you!Built in 1753 in an area full of olive-groves, our house offers a family-friendly environment, free from the noise of an urban center in a convenient location, just a few kilometers from the town.Surrounded by a breathtaking olive-grove setting, characteristic of the island’s famous scenery,our guests are provided with fully equipped garden furniture. The space "Mikroulis Residence" is a traditional Ionian island house made of stone and wood offering at the same time all comforts of a modern house.Reserved for our guests is the ground level of the house, a completely autonomous apartment with immediate access to the street. This portion of the house is separated from the rest of the house (below street level), which is reserved for the owners even though unoccupied most of the year. The apartment is quite spacious (94 Sq. m.) equipped, with a fully operational kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, two with double, and one with three single beds and a shared bathroom. Although the indoor temperature is cool during the day, thanks to its thick stone walls, ceiling fans and air conditioner are installed in each room for better aeration/temperature. Numerous perennial olive trees offer an abundance of shady spots, during all hours of the day. Other useful amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board and a coffee machine, ensuring all your everyday needs are covered. We have made sure the house is fully equipped in order to guarantee an enjoyable and relaxing time indoors, for those who manage to resist the island’s temptations for a while...!
