Welcome to our recently renovated, modern and spacious three-bedroom home in Guildford with parking and garden. With ample space for up to eight guests having x2 king, x1 double and a sofa bed in the living room, this great home is only a short distance to Guildford town centre, Royal Surrey Hospital, University of Surrey and the Research Park. Our property is professionally cleaned and prepared for your comfortable stay. The space The kitchen / living space is light and airy with modern, easy to use appliances and a full complement of crockery, cutlery and pans for preparing your meals. Sofa bed in the living room sleeps two guests (only the sofa bed will need to be made by yourself on arrival) Bedroom 1 is bright and spacious with a double bed, clothes rail and a table and chair to work from. Bedroom 2 is another large room with king-size bed overlooking the garden and a large walk in storage cupboard. Bedroom 3, is ground level and looks out onto the garden from its huge window, has a king size bed, clothes rail and its own en suite shower room / toilet. The main upstairs bathroom is clean and modern with a shower over the bath.) Guest access Guests will have the entire house to themselves. The garden is also yours to use. Note, there is shared access along the property to gain entry to the back garden when required. Other things to note - Standard check-in time is from 18:00 onwards but earlier check-in times might be available upon request. - Check-out is before 10:00AM. - I will be available via phone call/whats-app & Airbnb if you have any queries.
