Superb family home with private beach access

A light, spacious family home in a stunning location including private beach access opposite. This home offers all you need for a family holiday in Jersey. On the best bus route on the Island, with easy access to Gorey and the beautiful La Rocque harbour. The Seymour pub and restaurant is less than 5 mins walk away offering fresh local oysters, and delicious lunch and evening meals. The space This home offers a relaxing environment for a perfect beach holiday especially for a family. The large open plan kitchen, diner and lounge is a fantastic entertaining space and gives direct access to both the garden and BBQ area. You will find all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Also some extras including an outdoor hot water shower which is perfect after a sea swim. There is a jacuzzi bath, Alexa devices and a smart TV with Disney plus. For younger children there are plenty of toys. There is also a shed full of beach paraphernalia.. ...buckets, spades, beach tent, scooter etc. There is the option of the use of a single sea kayak. There are also bicycles. These are useful for the 10min cycle to the local farm shop Holmegrown which also has a popular cafe. The master bedroom has a super king sized bed with memory foam mattress. There are french doors onto a large balcony overlooking the garden, with X2 reclining sun loungers. Also a TV and Alexa device. The second bedroom has a lovely sea view down the private access path opposite. On a good day France can be seen on the horizon and the most fantastic sun rises - all from your double bed! The third bedroom also has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and small cabinet and adjacent to the house bathroom. The small south facing garden has table and chairs, sun lounger and artifical grass suitable for play in all weathers. There is a large gas BBQ in the back yard and a bench / table with parasol that can comfortably seat x8. There is also the option of wheeling my coal BBQ (Weber) over to the beach if you so choose! The beach is extremely safe for young children and at low tide heaven for exploring and rock pooling. On a summer's day my 8 and 10 year old children will spend hours on this beach.....with no expense and a minutes walk from home! It's a stunning walk along the beach to Gorey (40 mins or so) where you will find a considerable range of restaurants from simple beach cafes to unpretentious fine dining. Mont Orgueil (Gorey Castle) is one of the world’s finest examples of a medieval castle which has cast its shadow over the beautiful fishing village for over 800 years. Finally, this home is on the No 1. Bus route which is the best service on the island at times every 15 mins. The bus takes you along the coast road into St Helier, this is a breathtaking route and very easy to use as the service (Liberty bus) now offers a contactless payment system. Guest access You can use the entire house including garden, backyard and separate utility room. Please do not use my garage which is for storage. There is parking for x2 cars which includes a car port parking space, and an off road parking space. You can also park on the road or in the free beach side car park 5 mins walk away opposite the Seymour Pub. Other things to note Whilst this home is adjacent to the road, this is not a busy thorowfare for cars but something you should be aware of.
