Villa Agnes is your private refuge both for your winter vacation for skiing, hiking and relaxing as well as in spring, summer and autumn for relaxing, hiking, cycling, etc. in the area of the magical mountain Semmering. The property has been available with new furnishings since winter 2018. It offers space for a maximum of 8 people, in addition, a cot can be provided. The space Villa Agnes is your private refuge both for your winter vacation for skiing, hiking and relaxing as well as in spring, summer and autumn for relaxing, hiking, cycling, etc. in the area of the Semmering magic mountain. The property has been available with new furnishings since winter 2018/2019. It offers space for a maximum of 8 people, in addition, a crib can be provided. There are 2 double rooms, 1 room with bunk bed and 2 single rooms on 3 floors. Each floor has a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. There are also 2 fully equipped kitchens, a spacious dining room and a spacious living room as well as 2 loggias overlooking mountains and/or greenery - depending on the season. On the ground floor there is a parlor next to the kitchen and a sauna for your well-being. The house is heated by central heating (billing according to consumption with currently 18ct/kWh, in cold weather up to 250 EUR/week approx.). In summer, the garden, terrace with barbecue and garden furniture are at your disposal. Access to the house and parking lot (3 parking spaces) is via a steeper paved driveway! Furthermore, we would like to point out that a tourist tax of EUR 2.90 + 1 EUR mobility tax must be paid IN ADDITION to the municipality per night and person (older than 15 years)! Guest access The whole house (except boiler room and attic) is at your disposal. The access is via an asphalted but somewhat steeper private road, which is accessible from the public road. This is often not clearable in winter - therefore a carport was built at the lower end of the street, where you can comfortably park up to 2 cars under cover, then more parking without a roof.
