Villa Sjöman is beautifully situated in Norra Vallgrund in Unesco World Nature Heritage site in Kvarken archipelago. The house is 30 kilometers from Vasa. The house 100 meters from the sea invites to beautiful experiences in a wonderful environment, relaxation and peacefulness. The house has 3 floors, only 2 floors (ground floor+basement) are in use for you. Nobody is using the upper floor. 700 meters to the nearest swimming beach. Rowing boat below the house. Common outdoor sauna, 10€/time. The space In the house you will find: electricity, water, five beds, toilet, shower, laundry, dryer, micro, TV, Wi-Fi and a small sauna. You will have access to the ground floor ( approximately 90 m2 ). There is also a own garden with furniture and gas grill. A part of the garden is shared with Seaman's nests guests. The outdoor sauna is common and can be rented for 10€/time. The boat house and the rowing boat are shared with other guests from Seaman's nest. To the nearest shop is it 4 kilometers and 9 kilometers. The area provides good opportunities for fishing and ice fishing. In wintertime you can also take a walk on the ice at your own risk.
