Summer or winter close to quiet walks or leisure on the tennis court or golf course. Close to the large natural forests of the Nacka Reserve or a good dinner at the Grand Hotell in Saltsjöbaden. About 30 minutes by car to the big city of Stockholm. Municipal travel by bus and train. The space Or are you going to Sweden and Stockholm for work or holidays from the autumn 2023 this is the place for you. A bright living room welcomes you when you come into the house. To the left you have the kitchen with everything you need. A big refrigerator, a stove and a big oven, of course a fan over the stove, a big place for dishes, a coffee machine, a water cooker and all other things you need in the cupboards and drawers. Please sit down at the old beautiful table where you can invite your friends to nice dinners. A cosy corner with a sofa offers you a rest after dinner. In the evening there are three beds to choose from. The little room behind the living room has a comfortable bed and you have the bathroom next door. The bathroom has a shower and a electric towel dryer and a washing machine. Or perhaps you choose the little ladder up to the exciting "loft" with two inviting beds. Guest access In the summer mornings you can take your morning coffee in the garden just outside the house with the sun glittering on the sea. Do you feel like taking a swim there is only a few steps to the shore and perhaps you would like to try the little rowing boat for a trip out on the sea. All around the year you can take a wonderful walk around the island or into the forest in the middle of the island. Perhaps before you take your car, parked just outside the house, or the bus and train in to Stockholm. Other things to note The house is new builted 2016. You have full access to the garden. No smoking because the next guest can be allergic. No pets because the next guest can be allergic. No children 0 - 2 years because there house has no space for so small children.
