Other things to note This cabin is a short 10-15 minute drive to downtown Bryson City, the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad (including Polar Express), the Nantahala Outdoor Center and only 20-25 minutes drive to Great Smoky Mountain National Park (Deep Creek entrance), and Cherokee. The great outdoors are at your finger tips, as are other wonderful local activities. Also, with an internet upgrade in Sept 2023, a perfect place for digital nomads or those still lucky enough for remote work. If you can’t completely leave work behind, come and make this your home (office) away from home. The cabin has easy access for 2WD cars EXCEPT during and sometimes immediately after snowfall and after significant snow melts, leaving it muddy until more gravel can be added. In the 9 years I've owned the property, AWD/4WD was only needed twice, so it is a very rare occasion.
