Exposed masonry serves as a conscious design element and gives the room character and warmth. Selected furniture, puristic and clear, underline the reduced design. Noble colors such as gray, brown, ocher, nude and orange create a harmonious, natural atmosphere. A refuge for the soul – and for your four-legged companions. Direct access to the fenced garden (1.20 m high) provides safety and freedom for dogs. From here you can directly access beautiful hiking trails – perfect for long walks. The barn within the garden is not used and serves exclusively as an atmospheric backdrop. In the neighborhood, the Abraxa & Ivy restaurant invites you to enjoy regional delicacies – or simply a relaxing beer. Your four-legged friend is of course welcome. At the same time, you can enjoy your peace and quiet, because the apartment with its own garden is facing away. Dogs are welcome (max. 3). The house has a bedroom with double bed, on an open gallery overlooking the living room. It is accessible via an open spiral staircase. On the ground floor: Large bathroom (ceiling height 2.60 m) with atmospheric, illuminated natural stone wall, walk-in shower, high-quality equipment The apartment has a garden area with 500 square meters. Here you can enjoy your time undisturbed. Your garden has the following amenities: Fully fenced – 1.2m high Direct access from the cottage and from there an access to a hiking trail Exterior with terrace Outdoor furniture Barbeque Sun umbrella Other things to note Optional fees: Linens and towels are not included. You can be brought or rented: Please let us know when booking. Subsequent requests cannot always be taken into account. Bed linen: €18 per person Towel package: €12/person Bathrobe: 8€/per person One-time €35 per accompanying dog. A maximum of 3 dogs are allowed in this house. Please specify the number in your booking. The holiday property may only be occupied in the previously agreed number of people (including babies and infants). It must be agreed with the agency if additional people are in the cottage during the day. The minimum rental period is always 3 nights for all people.  The minimum rental period also applies to people who are only temporarily guests in the property. A reduction in the number of people after the conclusion of the contract does not result in a change of the rental price. The entrance to the cottage is via a key safe. The pin will be communicated by email 3 days prior to your arrival. Arrival is possible from 4 pm. Please leave by 10 am. Depending on the booking situation, you can ask for a late check-out. Use as a party location is not allowed. In the sense of the good neighborhood, a quiet night is to be held between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets: may only be brought in agreement with the rental agency and for a fee, in the number previously specified. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, dogs are not allowed in bed, on the sofa or on the armchair. The dog droppings in the garden and around the vacation property must be collected. We ask that you vacuum before your departure to remove the animal hair (swept clean). For each subsequent contract change we charge €20 processing fee We reserve the right to charge a deposit of €500 for a rental to commercial customers. This will be refunded within 14 days in case of complaint-free departure. If you use the house commercially, you would have to indicate this with us.
