The house is new, clean, and natural with a wooden ceiling and floor, sheltered from too much sun in summer and with the breeze that brings the scent of the sea into the house. Guest access The vacation is simple: the house has all the amenities including an electric gate, parking and garden; the beach in front, free or private with swimming pools; high-quality minimarket, bar, pizzeria, pastry shop, restaurants and pharmacy 100 meters away, bus stop for Rome and surroundings right in front of the house and the nearby owner available for any support.
