Just minutes from downtown DC and DCA airport, experience historic Old Town Alexandria. Metered parking on one side of the building for easy loading. This house is conveniently located between King st metro and the river. Walkable in both directions, but there’s also a free trolley that will take you there. Pets stay for free! The space New, top of the line AC installed! Perfect place to gather with friends and family! This house is spacious with four bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and living room, dining room, kitchen and half bathroom downstairs. It also has a private fenced in courtyard. Kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, coffee, tea, slow cooker etc, as well as a gas Viking stove. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house for their entire stay! Other things to note Parking in front of the building is free up to two hours. There’s metered parking around the corner that is free overnight from 9pm till 8 am. We have a couple of off site private parking spaces between all of our units. If you would like to reserve it, you must let us know as early as possible. If it's available we will reserve it for you for $10 per night. Pets stay for free!
