This beautiful residence is located 400 m from the white sandy beaches of Ile Rousse; slightly out of town (300 m from the center), in an absolutely quiet location and in the middle of a beautiful garden of hydrangeas, oleanders and bougainvillea. The traditional 2-storey buildings have 40 apartments, with reception and private (unattended) parking. The apartments are all very cozy and practical, on the ground floor or on the first floor, each with a veranda or balcony. A little further on, and reachable by boat, there are the breathtaking beaches of Saleccia and Loto by boat.
