The apartment "Los Rosales" of 25m2 has an independent entrance, it is a diaphanous room with kitchen equipped with utensils, double bed, sofa, TV, DVD, small dining area and bathroom with shower. It has internet connection, parking area, different garden areas, 2 barbecues, a small wooden pool 1.20 high by 3.5 in diameter, open in July and August. We also have different animals such as swans, turtles, pony .... We are 30km from Bilbao and 45km from Vitoria. The Rincón de Aiara Rural Apartments are located in a beautiful hamlet called Mendieta, in a neighborhood with the same name, in Menagarai-small town belonging to the municipality and to the Aiara / Ayala-gang. It was built in the early 18th century. The apartments are designed to go with them with family or friends to enjoy the stay in a place full of nature and close to various urban centers of some relevance, allowing at the same time to be inside and outside the "civilization".
