The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower Security deposit: 100 to be paid in cash upon receiving the keys (unless booked through Airbnb). Communal pool (free) The beaches in San Juan are between 15 and 45 minutes walking from the house, depeinding on whiich one you choose to go to. If you wish to hire baby equipment, for example a travel cot or a high chair, this can be hired at 3,5 EUR per item, per night.
