Cabin #1 is completely new including knotty pine walls and trim, windows, black out cellular blinds, carpet, bedding, new appliances, plumbing and bathroom. Our cabins are highly insulated for a quiet, comfortable stay, and have city water and sewer which is very hard to find in the UP. In addition, we saved the original porcelain farm sink from 1953, which is in great shape and helps provide a rustic, yet modern feel. Plush pillowtop queens with fine linens make for a great night's sleep after a long day of UP adventures. The bath linens are high quality, with plenty of hot water and the best water pressure in the UP! Each cabin is turnkey for a comfortable stay, and includes the following: Plastic plates, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, salt, pepper, pizza pan, pizza cutter, bacon splatter guard, can opener, corkscrew, paper towels, dish soap, dish strainer, dish towels, electric frying pan, coffee, coffee pot, real creamer, coffee mugs, toaster, microwave, and spare cleaning rags. We are directly across from Mater's Gas Station, a drive thru yard with easy access from M28 or Old Seney Avenue. We have plenty of parking for multiple boat, snowmobile, or side by side trailers. All cabins have boot trays, and include 4 custom coat, helmet, and wader hooks. Custom BoomTown firepit with wood is included! BoomTown Cabins are fully equipped for a one day stay, or make it a home base for your extended stay as you day trip in to the many attractions that surround Seney! There is far too much to see around Seney in one day,....2 or 3 day stays are a must to take in all the beautiful waterfalls, beaches, and harbors that are less than one hour away! If you have any questions about the surrounding area or attractions, I am a snowmobile/ORV guide, and also a DNR Licensed Fishing and Hunting Guide. I can assist you with any questions you have with the area attractions and will gladly help you lay out various day trips to maximize your stay in the UP. Since the inception of Airbnb, the 16% booking fee was paid by the guest....and this new Airbnb Host Fee increase will also be paid by the guests.... as all Airbnb's must now raise their daily rental rate to recover this booking fee increase. As the owners of BOOMTOWN CABINS IN SENEY, MICHIGAN, we felt the need to share this new pricing information with our prospective guests, as it is not widely publicized by Airbnb, (and we are sure you can imagine why)....we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, however it was not our choice.
