The property is in the area of Koundouros and is 400 meters from the beach of Koundouraki, which has sunbeds, umbrellas, a cafe/bar and water sports. Koundouros has 6 sandy beaches, two of them organized with umbrellas and sunbeds. Koundouros also has a mini market and three restaurants. Pisses, which is 5 minutes from Koundouros has a large mini market and 2 restaurants. The 2 houses are in a complex of 4 maisonettes with a shared swimming pool.
