The Place by Baltic sea

For the first time! I invite you to rent a new (2018) year-round semi-detached house by the sea in the charming, quiet village of Łukęcin (7 km from Dziwnów, 15 km from Kamień Pomorski). The house is located about 250 m from the sea on the edge of a pine forest. It is designed for a maximum of 6 people (including children). Its area is approximately 90 sq meters. No smoking inside the house. We welcome guests with pets! Dogs are happy with us :) The space The cottage consists of a living room with a fireplace, TV, open kitchen with a large table, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and washing machine, the other with a shower), three bedrooms. There is also a garden and terrace, bicycles. The kitchen is fully equipped - fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker. The terrace is covered with an awning, and features garden furniture and a charcoal grill. The area is fenced, and there is one parking space. Łukęcin is a small town with a beautiful beach, a great place to relax. Within 400 meters you will find shops, a cafe and bistros/restaurants. Prices, depending on the rental period, range from PLN 380 to 900 per night for a maximum of 6 people. Our guests emphasize that Łukęcin is a dream holiday destination for the whole family, also for holidays with a dog. Pine forest, bike paths, unlimited access to a long sandy beach, in a word, a paradise for everyone :) Guest access TV, WiFi, washing machine, barbecue, terrace, garden, parking, fenced area, baby cot on request, high chair, bicycles, towels (for an additional fee of 25 PLN), screen, sun loungers Other things to note I will be available throughout the Guests' stay in my home. I will be happy to answer all your questions by phone, explain the rules of using household appliances, and if necessary, I will appear in person. One car can be parked at the building, and there is also free parking nearby The following fees are added on site: 1. dog/cat PLN 20 per day 3. the so-called tourist tax of PLN 2.00 per person per day (no discounts for children) 5.
