The neighborhood is quiet, ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle, but not too far away (- 2 km from the center) The house has 2 floors: Ground floor: balcony with hammock, living room with Smart TV, WiFi, open-plan kitchen, bathroom. First Floor: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, bathroom and balcony Common area of the Condominium: Patio, shower, barbecue The space Cozy duplex meters from the sea, with everything you need to spend a beautiful beach holiday! Our house has 2 floors: On the ground floor there is a living room with a smart TV, WiFi, a bathroom with an electric shower, an American kitchen open to the living room to be able to share while preparing breakfast, lunch or dinner and also access to the Laundry area. On the first floor we have 3 bedrooms and another bathroom with electric shower. 1) Main bedroom with double bed and window air conditioning. 2) Bedroom with 2 single beds (1.90 x 0.70cm, with the possibility of transforming into a double, upon request) with Split air conditioning, ceiling fan and access to the balcony. 3) Bedroom with 1 bunk bed and a single bed (1.90 x 0.70 cm) with Split air conditioning, ceiling fan and access to the balcony. Additionally, the house has a balcony on the ground floor with a hammock to relax on when you return from the beach. The Condo Has common patio with a barbacue, and an external shower to take off the sand when you arrive from the beach. Our home is your home! All guests have access to the common patio, and shower to take off the sand when returning from the beach. The condominium has 1 car space (uncovered) for each house. Other things to note Porto de Galinhas is one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil. In addition to the 18 km of beaches from Muro Alto to Pontal de Maracaípe, we also recommend visiting Carneiros and even stopping by the neighboring state of Alagoas and visiting the Maragogi region. On the other hand, for those who love nature Porto has a lot to offer, in fact it is possible to see marmoset monkeys in the trees and we often have them visit the wall of the house!!
