Quaint village home - double room

Double room in quiet village in Bedfordshire. You'll have whole house to yourself except for rare occasions when we are there. House is a small two-bedroom home, with all mod-cons including internet and Sky TV. The living room is cosy and comfortable. House has a nice garden with white picket fence overlooking fields at the back and front. The space Clean and tidy house. Your room has a big, comfy bed. There is also a wardrobe and drawers for storage. The cosy living room has a big TV with Sky. Guest access Access to all of house apart from my bedroom. So you can relax in the garden and make use of the gas BBQ too. During your stay I probably won't be staying there, though sometimes I will. I am available on the phone to assist plus we have helpful neighbours. Other things to note Bear in mind it is a village so best if you have a car or are happy to relax in the village and go for walks around the fields and along the river. Having said that, there is a village shop, fish and chip shop and a pub. Also, the bathroom (which has just been refurbished and is a wet-room with shower, sink and toilet) is downstairs. The bedrooms are upstairs. Just flagging up as bathrooms are normally upstairs.
