Your private room in the basement has a daybed, hanging rack with hangers for clothes , and a small desk. You will also have access to a full private bathroom along with a living room, TV, and laundry room. Non-smoker, no pets, no children. Street parking in front of the house. Close to 695/95, public transportation, shopping & Inner Harbor. The space My eco-friendly home is small but inviting with hardwood floors that tend to squeak when walking. Being a light sleeper would not be ideal. You will have the basement with a semi-private entrance, private bedroom with a daybed and mini fridge, living room with couch and loveseat, TV, and full bath. Guest access Kitchen and laundry room During your stay I enjoy socialization with my guests but respecting privacy boundaries. I like my space to be respected as I do live here. Other things to note I work full time 8-4pm and I get up at 5:30am. Because of the squeaky hardwood floors it is best to have a house guest that is also an early riser or at least not a light sleeper. The person sharing my space MUST be respectful and understanding. My home is small, we are sharing space, therefore boundaries must be adhered to along with privacy. I live in my home so please understand you will hear talking, and walking around, etc. You will not be able to have food downstairs at any time. All food must be kept/eaten in the kitchen. This is for pest control. If you have a large quantity, then a plastic tote will be needed for you to store your food in. For long term stays (more than 7 days) you will need to supply your own laundry detergent, toiletries and supplies and will have access to washing/drying once a week. The home is equipped with a security alarm system.
