Your Family will love to relax in the shaded backyard equipped with a barbecue grill, outdoor dinning area, patio furniture and fire pit. A formal dinning room with a table for six. One of the bedrooms has a Tv/Dvd player, also tv on the living room with Roku channels, Disney Plus, and Hulu. Private yard and side patio equipped with barbecue, dinning table and sitting area with fire pit to enjoy. The Driveway located on the North side of the house, and also free street park. Great area to go for a walk/or jogging . My favorite route : Start on 12th st(across st of the house) walk around the little park (about one block from the house) and along S Julian Blvd. Another nearby Park is Ellwood park 0.9 miles from the house. Guest access The entire space is yours to enjoy – inside, outside, You’ll be provided a code for keyless front door. The Yellow Cottage house guests can use the driveway (fits two cars) located on front of the house, and free street park. Other things to note We are taking extra precautions for our guests while we host by disinfecting all surfaces, light switches, knobs and more. We are working everyday to keep everyone safe in our home.
