It offers an entire one bedroom apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a shared garden. WiFi is provided and the apartment is well set up for all your holiday needs with on street parking and local shops within walking distance. The space Penicuik was historically well known for its paper mills. The apartment is in Park End a building designed by architect Thomas Frederick Pilkerton in 1862. It became known as the Nunnery, as it was used to house young female employees of the mills, and is a building of historic interest. Other things to note Parkend is between 22 and 28 Bridge Street. The top of the arch is carved ‘Parkend’ but it is not obvious. Number 3 is through the second arch. The keys will be in a key box next to the door, so you can arrive at any time and make yourself at home. Registration Details ML00022F
