Home in Phippsburg

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and small groups. The upstairs has a full bath and 4 bedrooms is private , the rest of the home is shared, except my living space. It’s about 10 minutes down the road from Popham Beach, with beautiful views of the water and the woods. Plenty of good scenery to walk through. There is a beach pass to Popham state park that can be used, that MUST be returned. the pass is non-replaceable now, so if it happens to be lost or destroyed - pay me 125$ The space Bring own bedding. Open floor plan, lots of natural wood, beach themes. Beautiful views of Kennebec river. Guest access The first and second floors of the house including kitchen. Bring own bedding During your stay I may meet and greet upon check in and check out, I am able to be reached by phone. I live in the large daylight basement below the 2 story house with a cat, a dog and sometimes my two adult kids (ages 19 and 20). We will be in and out of the house working for the most part. The pets will remain in the basement during the day. We may come up to do laundry or prepare a meal, but are out by 8am, and out and about many evenings. Other things to note Bring your own sheets & towels. I have a friendly and quiet dog and 1 cat (also quiet) that will stay/sleep in the basement during the day, while I'm at work. I am home by 5:30 most evenings. The first floor bathroom is a shared bathroom. The upstairs bathroom is for my guests only. Depending on your stay length, I clean the space every 2-3 days, and can rewash towels when necessary. I put out one per guest. Sheets can be left on beds when you leave. They're washed with dye and perfume free detergent and a drop of bleach after each group of guests.
