Small house (renovated in 2015), quiet location in Gifhorn, OT Gamsen. Fully equipped new kitchen and new bathroom (toilet, shower) for shared use with the other guests on the first floor. Covered terrace, small garden, parking, bed (1 m x 2 m). If this room is no longer available at the desired time, you will find another single room and a double room in the same house under my other listings. The space solid, practical, inexpensive, friendly... suitable for shorter or longer stays, peace and everything necessary on site or nearby.... I do not live in the house myself, but am always available to answer any questions. Guest access The house has two additional rooms (first floor + second floor), which I also rent. The kitchen and bathroom on the first floor are shared depending on occupancy. During your stay I am always available for any information you may need. Other things to note All rooms have access to a new, high-quality, fully equipped shared kitchen on the first floor. Sink, dishwasher, stove (ceramic), built-in oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge-freezer, washing machine are available. The new shared bathroom with toilet and shower is also located on the first floor. The house has gas central heating. The rooms are equipped with a bed (1 m x 2 m), wardrobe, desk, seating, satellite TV with DVD player and radio. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. For suitcases or larger items, there is a storage room on the upper floor. The house has a covered terrace with seating and a small garden. Car parking spaces are available on the premises.
