There is also a hot tub (5 people) and a sauna. You have 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms available. From the villa you can directly access the untouched nature. The surrounding area is ideal for Nordic walking and hiking, cycling, sailing, fishing, golf and for visiting the surrounding villages, castles and cultural monuments. Only about 100 m from the house there is a playground and a tennis court (free of charge). The Westerwald is located between the Sauerland and the Eifel. In winter you can go skiing in Winterberg (approx. 1.5 hours by car).
