Darcy's Cottage is over 300 years old and set in the courtyard of a Gentleman's Residence just 10 minutes from the centre of York in a picturesque village. Great for sightseeing, shopping or just relaxing away from it all... The space The living room has a large leather corner sofa, flat screen TV with Freeview and streaming services and a log burner. The bespoke kitchen has granite worktops and the luxury bathroom a French bateau bath and large walk in shower with rainfall shower head. There is a table and chairs in the courtyard and on sunny days it is a sun trap. Guest access There is parking on site and unlimited parking on the street in the village. The grounds are available to guests. Darcy's Cottage is one of three luxury cottages the others being Dashwood and Willoughby's Loft. The three cottages have very separate entrances and are not overlooked. They can be booked for a group of up to 8 and there are two extra beds available if needed. Other things to note The stairs are small and winding, The cottage has superfast broadband . There are chickens in the grounds and occasionally piglets.
