Beautiful stone house of 60 m2, completely renovated with lots of character and charm in a small hamlet, nestled between vineyards and scrubland. A true haven of peace located in a green setting on the borders of the Aude and Hérault, in the wine region of Occitania (south of France). Only 30 minutes from the beaches of the Mediterranean and the mountains of the Haut Languedoc Nature Park, close to the Canal du Midi and an hour's drive from Spain. The space Ideal for 4 people, house on three levels (not recommended for small children (stairs). Well-equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and toaster. Living room with two twin beds (90 x 200) which can be moved together if necessary, television, Wi-Fi internet connection. Small pleasant private terrace, a barbecue is available for your use. Bedroom with queen size bed (140 x 200), bathroom and toilet. Reversible air conditioning. Linens and towels are included in the rental rate. Extra cleaning fee at the end of the stay at €70 No pets.
