The two adjoining rooms (together approx. 31 m²), as well as the shared shower with toilet, are located on the first floor of a detached house in a quiet residential area. The rooms are simply furnished, including a double bed (140 × 200 cm), folding couch (120 × 180 cm) as an additional sleeping accommodation, table with 2 chairs and are suitable for 2-3 people. Ample free parking is available. The space Important! Before making a firm booking or booking reservation, always a non-binding one first!!! I would also like to inform you about the following current details: In order to get to know my guests a little better, as a private host, I generally ask my guests to briefly introduce themselves before making a firm booking, such as profession, age, origin, reason for the visit, etc., so that I can best assist my guests and finally process the request. The kitchen on the first floor is only available with certain restrictions. This means that cooking is not allowed, but after consultation, possibly only warming up food in the microwave / oven, or for breakfast, etc. In the kitchen, a refrigerator is available for guests. Consumption of food is only permitted in the kitchen. The rooms are conveniently located and are an ideal starting point for people on short/weekend trips to Hamburg, as well as to the Hamburg area. There is a very good highway connection to the A1 / A261 / A7. By public transport (bus, S-Bahn, metronome), you can reach the center of Hamburg relatively quickly. Doctors, supermarkets, other shops and restaurants are within walking distance. I generally no longer accommodate fitters, construction workers, craftsmen, as well as shift workers and smokers! For hygienic reasons, bringing your own bed linens/covers, blankets, etc. is not allowed. Bookings for third parties will not be accepted. Other prices: for children up to 16 years: € 1 per year of age for young people aged 16 and over: price as adults For weekly/monthly rentals: Ask for special conditions. For long-term tenants, a deposit is required, depending on the length of stay. Please always request this before booking. The landlord speaks English and French, perfect Alemannic and a little Spanish. Guest access Guests are only allowed to use the rented rooms plus shower/toilet and, after consultation, the kitchen.
