Next door is an artist's studio and art space in operation, where workshops and contemporary art projects take place. You can paint and draw, on some days and weekends yoga classes and creative classes take place in the art pavilion. You can really relax here and recharge your batteries. The Vordereifel is a hiking area and Lake Laach is 10 minutes away by car. By car, you can reach Cologne in 45 minutes, Bonn in 30 minutes and Koblenz in 25 minutes. Guest access The approx. 55 sqm loft apartment with balcony has an open living area with kitchenette and has its own entrance area with hallway and bathroom (bathtub) on the ground floor. The only thing that needs getting used to is the steep staircase (Amsterdam staircase). Other things to note The atmosphere is truly one of a kind!!! International artists are often guests here. It acts, among other things, as an "artist-in-residence". The apartment has the basic foodstuffs, as well as coffee and tea. Otherwise, the host lives next door and is helpful.
