Sustainable values and commitments Our accommodation is fully committed to an eco-friendly approach, supporting the local economy and protecting the environment. We work directly with around twenty local organic farms to offer fresh, seasonal produce: fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meats, breads, pastries, as well as all of our beverages. The décor and tableware are sourced from local artisans or made from reclaimed materials, and we showcase the work of local artists to promote the region’s craftsmanship. To reduce our energy footprint, we have installed solar panels that generate renewable electricity. We inform our guests about local businesses and sustainable practices throughout their stay. To encourage low-carbon transportation options, we offer a 10% discount to guests arriving by train, bike, or on foot. This initiative aims to promote gentler, more responsible travel. The site is managed to promote biodiversity: local plantings, fruit trees, a vegetable garden, late mowing, no pesticides at all, and composting. These practices lead to many enriching interactions with our visitors, who are delighted to discover a place in harmony with nature. Access tips From Lille, take the direct train to Sains-du-Nord.
