Hyatt Vacation Club a@ The Welk is a 5 star resort in north San Diego County. This unit rents for the week only. This is my time share that I cannot use. You can rent it at from me at my cost and have all the same privileges as an owner. Let me know your dates and I will check the owner’s website for availability! Price is based on one week rental, but within 60 days of check-in I may be able to get 3days or more. Shorter stays have higher price for Friday & Saturday Nights. The space This unit is a large One Bedroom with king bed, 1 bath, living/dining room areas with queen sofa sleeper, kitchen, cook and dishware, washer/dryer, private patio or balcony, 2 TV's, free WiFi, and sleeps 2-4 There are 5 recreation centers with 6 pools, a lap pool, several spa's, 2 water-slides, splash zone, a fitness center, 2 golf courses and a theater. NO PETS ALLOWED. Also, NO smoking inside the unit. No RV's, skates, roller blades, or scooters allowed. Occupants must be 21 years of age unless accompanied by adult. Adult must occupy the unit the entire week. You can also enjoy Live Performance Theater at Welk Resorts. Welk Resorts brings you the best of live entertainment, featuring top-notch actors, musicians and performers in Broadway-style musicals, as well as musical performances, comedy shows and illusions. Family-friendly performances guarantee something everyone will enjoy. You can also enjoy some fine dining at the Canyon Grill on the property at Welk Resorts. Photos may not be actual unit at check-in but for general reference only. Guest access Renting this unit gives you access to everything at the Resort. Other things to note Check-in is directly at the resort, not with the host.
