Leeside Self Catering Cottage

A private cosy three bed cottage. Set in Aysgarth in beautiful Wensleydale.The cottage consists of a double bedroom, pop up bed in double for families, single room ,shower room, lounge and small kitchen. Up right Piano your welcome to play in its own room Parking for one car. Dogs aloud, must be booked in before arrival.we have a surcharge of £15.00 per dog per stay duration. In walking distance 800 yards to Aysgarth Falls and the Herriots Way is outside the cottage. No garden access. Two pubs The space Private peaceful calming space to recharge your self. Breakfast is provided for your first night only as a welcome treat ( you cook it yourselves) as the cottage is self catering so any other food must be brought by yourself. There is no access to the garden or outside space to guests. We do ask that guests don’t leave lights on around the house in rooms not being used and if you go out for the day/evening or check out, this is just a waste of energy in the current climate. There is a TV and DVD player with a selection of films to view, feel free to bring your favourite film, sky tv available. Up right Piano which your welcome to play. Parking for one car. If you would like the single room as well as double with only two people staying we have a surcharge of £10 to cover the laundry and cleaning of that room payable on arrival and please let me know on booking your requirements. The garden is out of use for guests I’m afraid. Breakfast only provided for first night. This is a quirky old miners cottage and not a 5* hotel. I am a glass artist and we do offer a beginners course. Each course last 4 hrs and up to three people can attended the same course. Prices : £100 per person including materials and enjoy taking home or having sent home the glass items you have made. Booking requires a two night stay in the cottage, additional booking cost to the course.
