Finca "Ses Rotes" with private pool

The cottage is located in the small town of Cala Llombards in the southeast of Mallorca. Cala Llombards is a small, peaceful and tranquil place that is not crowded with tourism, but is predominantly a weekend settlement of the Mallorcan. A beautiful coastal town for swimming, hiking or cycling and surrounded by almond groves that invite you to take long walks during the almond blossom in spring. For children, the flat beach in the bay of Cala Llombards is ideal. The space Our cottage offers you three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a dining area. The living area has seating, a sat.-TV, DVD and CD player, as well as a sofa bed of 140 x 200 cm, for two people. The dining room is furnished with a dining table and eight chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with gas stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster; there are dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. The two bedrooms on the ground floor, as well as the bedroom on the upper floor, each have two single beds, each 90 x 200 cm. Thus, it is suitable for six. With the two people who can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, the house can be occupied by a maximum of eight people. On the ground floor as well as upstairs, there is a bathroom. These each offer a shower, a sink with mirror and cosmetic mirror and storage area, a hair dryer and a toilet. A fan heater is also available for the bathrooms. The landlord will also provide you with a towel and a shower towel for each person. For outdoor use and on the beach, we ask that you bring your own beach towels. During your stay you will have a roof terrace, two sun terraces with sun loungers and umbrellas and a private B heated pool available. The large terrace table between living room and pool offers plenty of space and invites you to live outside. In the outdoor area there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, where you can get rid of sand after bathing on the beach. Unfortunately, parking is not possible on the property itself. Since the road is very little traveled, you can easily park right in front of the entrance gate. For families with small children, the landlord provides on request two toddler travel beds (70 x 140 cm), two highchairs and an off-road stroller free of charge. The travel cots can be accommodated in the bedroom one and in the bedroom three. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the utility room. In the house, there is also an internet connection via Wi-Fi. The data volume is unlimited. In the bedrooms, the living room and in the dining area there are air conditioning. In the cold season, the house can be heated free of charge with the air conditioners. Guest access The entire house, pool and grounds is at your disposal during your stay only. How to offer contact-free check-in and check-out. Other things to note The house and pool are available for exclusive use alone. If you are traveling with small children who are not yet able to swim, we offer you a protective fence for the pool for the safety of your children. For the construction and dismantling of the fence we charge 50€ extra. If you wish to use the pool fence, please let us know. The property is locked all around and only accessible from the street.
