With its central location in San Juan, Puerto Rico you will have a very accessible place to all points of interest within the San Juan area. This neighborhood in Miramar is a central point in the Metropolitan area you can enjoy a walking distance towards Calle Cerra in 3-5 minutes to see our local and international artist murals and Distrito T-Mobile 10-15 minutes walking distance to this new Venue in San Juan. Also you can see all of Old San Juan with a kind stroll of 25-30 minutes walk to enjoy the coast of our Metropolis in San Juan. Also, La Placita de Santurce is a 15 minute walk to enjoy of the puertorrican culture and nightlife. This property is unique in its location and Uber is very accessible in San Juan so you will have no problems if you don't rent a car. There currently a construction taking place in the house next to our unit. Please take this into consideration because we do not have control over it.
