Family home in a gated community!

Comfortable House in Recreio dos Bandeirantes with 268 sq. meters, in a gated community with total security for up to 10 people. If you are looking for a family atmosphere, this is the ideal place. Parties and events are not allowed. The space Our house is very cozy. We're sure you'll have a wonderful stay. But first, read the description of the place to see if it suits you. First floor - large living room, kitchen with cabinets, garage for up to 2 cars, swimming pool with safety net for children if necessary, electric barbecue and foosball table. Second floor - 1 suite with queen size bed, TV and a small closet 1 suite with a queen-size bed, TV and 1 large closet but with only 1 band for the guest. 1 Canadian suite with double bed, bathroom in the middle with a large closet, with 1 guest access band 1 Canadian suite with double bed and a single bed with bathroom in the middle connecting to another bedroom - no closets. Third floor - no guest access (water tank and machinery area) We provide bed linen and 1 towel for each guest, in addition to towels in the pool area. The washing machine is available in case the guest needs it. The house can accommodate up to 10 people. We do not negotiate a larger number. Guest access Guests will not have access to the attic. Guests will not have access to the first-floor room. This room is locked because the owners' items are stored there. Other things to note Included in the daily rate is a maid who will be available to tidy up the house and provide small services to the guest. (Her working hours to be agreed upon) Combine the need for early check-in and extended check-out in advance. We will check in and check out with the guest. The tenant needs to be present at these two times.
