"Samarkanda" is a large comfortable house with garden in Rincón de la Victoria, a village on the coast close to Málaga. You have a view over the village towards the sea, and on a clear day you may even see the African coast. The boulevard and beach are at a 5 minute down hill walk. The beach is sandy and has public showers. Supermarkets, stores with local produce, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Malaga is a 15 minute drive, or a 25 minute bus ride. The house has three bedrooms with good quality beds to sleep up to 5 guests. The kitchen is big and well equipped, see the inventory. All together, the three stories have about 130 m2 of living space, excluding the garden.
