Hello and welcome to our house on the farm in a small village close to knaresborough, harrogate and ripon are 20 mins drive and the city of york 30 mins, ideal for 6 friends or families, bedrooms can be made into singles or doubles comes with kitchen,dining and living areas, a downstairs bedroom for easy access, mobility ramp to front door, if required wifi, private hottub, bbq, sauna games room, and use of small pool the pool is the owners and a bit dated but welcome to use if wish, The space The farm house and what we have to offer the farmhouse can comfortably sleep 6 people with large rooms that can been made into singles or doubles for your convenience all come with ensuites apart from 1 . kitchen ,dinning and living area , as u come outside we have an xl large hot tub which is accompanied with a pizza oven ,BBQ and sauna all wood fired . We offer free of charge unlimited wood, Firelighters/toilet roll / coal not like other places that charge the earth . we want you to enjoy your time here so we have plenty off extras for people to enjoy we have build our own games court for basketball /badminton football etc, An archery bay bow and arrow , Games room with ping pong, darts, pool table and by appointment to sunnydale staff a ride on mechanical bull. if that doesn't take your fancy we have some great areas to visit as well from local walks, local pubs/restaurants to historic towns like Harrogate / York / brim ham rocks / borough bridge / Knaresborough all within 10 -15 mins drive. we also have to offer various vintage trucks ,tractors ,steam engine , classic cars , classic bikes for viewing plenty to see while your here welcome to walk around the farm , we have cattle sheep goats and chickens thanks for looking Sunnydale holidays also on other social outlets Guest access welcome to look round please ask any questions while you are here plenty to view Other things to note highchair and travel cot available, wood for the hot tub is free, as are fire lighters and bbq coals, towels and robes are available for your stay, the hot tub will be lit prior to your arrival
