Modern cottage right on the beach!

Welcome to rent my house on the first row on one of Sweden's longest and finest sandy beaches! Here you are offered a accommodation that is simple but modern and that opens up to and invites in the sea and nature. Here in the northern edge of Österlen between Kivik and Åhus, there is plenty to do, but you may prefer to sit on the terrace and look out at the sea! The space The cottage is about 70 sqm with a living room, kitchen, and an open-plan dining area that connects to the terrace via glass doors and glass sections facing the sea. There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is a sleeping loft (without a door, but protected from view) with a double bed and a skylight facing the sea (Note! The stairs to the loft are quite steep, and may not be appropriate for the youngest or oldest. However, there is a handrail). The other two bedrooms at ground level consist of a larger one with a double bed and a panoramic view of the sea. As well as a smaller bedroom with two single beds, which are of a simpler type with a foam mattress on a wooden base. In total, there are 6 beds. It is recommended that there are no more than 6 adults for a whole week, due to surface area, furniture, hot water capacity, dishes, kitchen equipment and more. The level of amenities is as in a regular summer cottage. The furniture has a bohemian/vintage style. Kitchen is equipped with oven, induction stovetop, sink, microwave, and a regular size fridge/freezer. Coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster are available. Note: no dishwasher. The bathroom has toilet, shower, sink and a small top-fed washing machine. On the terrace that has a roof above it, there is outdoor furniture and a movable barbecue, it is mostly here that you sit and eat or enjoy the view. TV is available with a basic selection (5 channels). No WiFi right now, but 4G coverage is available and varies slightly depending on the operator. Good coverage is always down by the beach. The driveway has space for 2 passenger cars. Note! If you have even more cars, these are referred to the campsite's parking lot a few blocks away. It's free. You are not allowed to park on the narrow street outside the property because it must be accessible. There are: pillows, duvets, blankets, hand soap, hand sanitizer, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishtowels. There are also spices, bags, oven foil, baking paper, barbecue skewers and other consumables for cooking. You must bring: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, hand towels and bath towels. Pets and smoking indoors are not allowed. You have the entire house and the plot between the house and beach for yourselves. Periodically during the summer, I myself live in "Sjöboden" closest to the beach but I have everything I need there and do not need access to the house. There are neighboring houses around, much like in a residential area, so please don't make a lot of noise outdoors too late at night. Read about cleaning under "Other things to note." Other things to note Guests need to clean up their own mess, and for the most part, this has worked well. Sometimes, I don't have the opportunity to inspect the cleaning before my next guest arrives. It is possible to book cleaning for an extra fee, write to me well in advance and we will solve it.
