In a large private property, in a quiet and green residential area, Villa Castel, large and beautiful 1900 Belle Epoque style house with breathtaking views of the island of La-Pape, presents the La-Pape Suite. Ideally located, the house is 10 minutes from the Lyon City Hall, the Cité Internationale, the Part-Dieu, the PERICA business area of Rillieux-la-Pape, and close to motorway exits. The space Upstairs, reserved for guests, is La Suite La-Pape, with an available surface area of 40 m². It consists of two carefully decorated double rooms, the Chambre Lucarne and the Chambre La-Pape which enjoys a breathtaking view of the island of La-Pape surrounded by the old Rhône. On the same floor is a cozy bathroom with bathtub and toilet to share. To combat the COVID 19 pandemic, a series of strict health measures have been put in place: - Entrance specially dedicated to travelers, - Provision of hydroalcoholic gel, - Long and systematic ventilation of dwellings of a minimum duration of 4 hours, - Use of disinfectant, - Professional cleaning carried out with masks and gloves, - Unoccupied dwellings over a 24-hour period. For more calm and independence, the property also has an independent furnished house of 80 M², with a capacity of 6 people, located 50 meters from the Belle Epoque house. Guest access Guests have access to the floor reserved for Suite La-Pape, on the second floor of the property. We offer our hosts a French, Organic, local, and seasonal breakfast, (organic direct producer products), which takes place in the room at Les Poutres, adjoining the Suite, and specially made available for this purpose, or, on the large terrace of the Belvedere, in private tables, at least 5 m away from each other, weather permitting. Made with care, it is composed of coffee and tea grands crus from the fair and/or organic trade, organic squeezed orange juice, pastries and fresh breads, local organic jams and honey, organic butter and cheeses in organic fishes, and regional seasonal fruits. It will be paid on site, for the price of €10 per person per night. In addition to breakfasts, Villa Castel now offers meals (price from €18 and menu at €25 excluding drinks). Guests also have access to the entire large flowered and wooded garden of the property, and also, the tennis court and outdoor heated swimming pool in season, from a natural water temperature of 19° stable for at least 8 days, open in season from 9am to 8pm in the evening . We offer visitors outside the guest house, a swimming pool package for half a day, in a time slot from 11 am to 4 pm, 25€ per person and 10€ for children under 3 years. During your stay The exchanges with our hosts are done by phone or by mail. We are present in the property during the stay of our guests Besides French, we also speak English and Russian. Other things to note We gladly give our guests information about the sites to visit and the best restaurants in Lyon but also the sites to discover around Lyon such as the village of Peruges or Beaujolais. Villa Castel offers the possibility, in dedicated private spaces per accommodation unit, to take a catering on site with organic products purchased at the property, or with dishes brought from the outside. Half-day swimming pool package, in a time slot from 11 am to 4 pm, 25€ per person and 10€ for children under 3 years old for visitors outside the Guest House. Breakfast is to be paid on site, at the price of 10€ per person per night. Meals are to be paid on site for a price from 18€ & menu at 25€ excluding drinks. Pets are accepted within the limit of one per room for the price of 10€ per night and per animal, to be paid on site. Supplement of 10 euros per night and per child under 3 years, to be paid on site.
